Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FireZon (“the App”) handles information. The App is published by NitiPlay LLC (“we,” “us”). The developer contact is Ismail Lahniti, based in Morocco.
Privacy and support contact: lhnitismail@gmail.com.
Short version: there is no account, no advertising, and no tracking. Your sensitivity numbers, crosshair, HUD plans, and monitor choices stay on your device. We do not receive them. If you turn on the FPS monitor, the App makes a small connectivity check described below. That check is not used to follow you across other apps.
1. What the App is
FireZon is a personal notebook for sensitivity numbers, a crosshair preview, HUD layout plans, and readings from the phone while the App is open. You copy numbers into a game yourself. The App does not modify game files, read another app’s memory, inject scripts, automate play, or draw controls over other apps.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher. Third-party names belong to their owners.
2. Summary
- There is no account and no sign-in.
- We do not operate a server that receives your settings.
- There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
- We do not use an advertising identifier, our own analytics, or a crash-reporting service.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Reset data, or deleting the App, removes what the App stored on that device.
3. Information we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number, or account, unless you email us
- No precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Health, HomeKit, or motion data
- No advertising identifier and no tracking across apps or websites
- No payment information
- No reading of other apps, and no overlay or accessibility permission
For Apple’s App Privacy details in App Store Connect, select Data Not Collected. NitiPlay does not receive data from the App, and the optional connectivity check below is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
4. Information stored on your device
The App saves the following in the device’s local storage. It is not sent to us:
- Sensitivity numbers for each weapon and optic, the phone or emulator choice, and DPI numbers you enter
- Saved profiles, including the name and the card you can copy
- Crosshair style, color, size, rotation, gap, thickness, and transparency
- HUD layouts, control positions, and trick-button settings
- Which device readings you have turned on
The menu command Reset data clears profiles, layouts, and monitor choices on that device. Uninstalling the App removes the rest of this storage. If you back up the device with Apple or Google, that backup may include the App’s local data under that company’s terms.
5. Information read on the device and not uploaded
While the App is open, and only for the readings you turn on, it can show:
- How smoothly FireZon itself is drawing
- Battery level, and heat when the phone reports it. iPhone shows thermal state because apps cannot read the battery sensor in Celsius
- The display refresh rate
- Memory in use and free storage on the device
These readings describe this device while FireZon is open. They are not taken from another app and are not uploaded to us.
When you tap Copy, the App places the text you asked for on the clipboard. It does not read the clipboard in the background.
6. Optional connectivity check
When the FPS monitor is on, about every five seconds the App requests
https://www.gstatic.com/generate_204 so it can show a delay in
milliseconds. The request does not include your name, your settings, or an
advertising identifier. Completing the request uses the network address of the
device, which Google receives as part of answering that request under
Google’s privacy policy.
We do not receive a copy of the request on a server of our own, and we do not
use it to track you across apps. Turn the FPS monitor off to stop these requests.
7. Support email
If you email lhnitismail@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the message so we can reply. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request, then delete it when it is no longer needed.
8. Sharing
We do not sell or rent information. It is shared only in these cases:
- Apple or Google, for store distribution and for device backups you turn on
- Google, only for the optional connectivity check in section 6, and only while that monitor is on
- The host of this website, which serves these public pages and does not receive App data
- Our email provider, when you write to support
9. Retention
On-device data remains until you use Reset data or delete the App. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
10. Children
The App is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your choices and rights
- Connectivity check: turn off FPS Monitor
- Saved profiles and layouts: menu → Reset data
- All local data: uninstall the App
- Support emails: ask us to delete messages you sent
Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK, and certain US states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold. For this App, that information is limited to email you send us. Contact lhnitismail@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We do not sell personal information and we do not track you across apps or websites.
12. International processing
Support email may be processed in countries other than yours, including by our email provider. NitiPlay LLC and the developer contact are based in Morocco. The App itself does not transmit your settings to us.
13. Security
Settings stay on your device and are protected by your device’s own security. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change affects the App Store privacy details, we will update those as required.
