Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Weka Tool (“the App”) handles information. The App is published by NitiPlay LLC (“we,” “us”). The developer contact is Ismail Lahniti, based in Morocco.
Privacy and support contact: lhnitismail@gmail.com.
Short version: there is no account, and your settings stay on your device. The App is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. If you allow tracking, Google may use an advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. You can decline and the App works the same.
1. What the App is
Weka Tool is a free settings helper for mobile shooter players. It reads your device’s screen and hardware details and suggests sensitivity values, a fire-button size, and graphics settings that you enter in your game yourself. The App does not modify a game, read other apps, or draw a window over other apps.
2. Summary
- There is no account and no sign-in.
- Your setup answers, starred screens, and slider edits stay on your device.
- We do not operate a server for the App and do not receive your settings.
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google may process device and advertising data as described below.
- On iOS we ask before any tracking, using App Tracking Transparency.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Deleting the App removes its local data from that device.
3. Information we do not collect
- No name, email address, or account details
- No precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Health, or HomeKit data
- No overlay, usage-access, or accessibility permission, and no reading of other apps
- No payment information (the App is free with no in-app purchases)
- We do not run our own analytics or crash-reporting service
4. Information read and stored on your device
To tailor recommendations, the App reads the device model, system version, chip identifier, memory, screen resolution, pixel density, and an app-specific device identifier provided by the system. These readings are shown on screen and are not sent to us.
The App saves the following in the device’s local preferences store:
- Your answers to the setup questionnaire (where you play, what you want help with, gyroscope use, and experience level)
- Sensitivity and fire-button values you change
- Screens you star in Saved
- Whether you have finished the setup
“Hide ads,” after a completed rewarded video, is kept in memory only until you close the App. Uninstalling the App removes its local storage. If you back up the device with Apple, that backup may include the App’s local data under Apple’s terms.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show a banner, full-screen ads between screens, an ad when you return to the App, and an optional rewarded video on the About screen. Google and its advertising partners may process:
- Device ID, including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only if you allow tracking, and vendor or app-set identifiers
- Advertising Data and Product Interaction, such as ad views, taps, and whether a rewarded video was completed
- Coarse Location inferred from IP address, not from a location permission
- IP address, device and app information, and diagnostic data used to deliver ads and prevent fraud
Purposes: third-party advertising, ad measurement and analytics, and app functionality (ad delivery and fraud prevention). If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use the Device ID to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Consent. Where required, including the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, the App shows Google’s consent form before ads load. On iOS the App then asks for permission with App Tracking Transparency. The prompt says the identifier is used to show more relevant ads from Google and that you can decline. If you decline, the App still works and may show non-personalized ads. When Google requires it, the About screen shows Ad privacy choices so you can change your consent at any time.
You can also change tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Learn more: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
6. Other ways information leaves your device
6.1 Share sheet
If you tap Share, the system share sheet sends only the text shown (such as your sensitivity values or device specs) to the app or person you choose. That destination’s own privacy policy then applies.
6.2 External links
Video lessons open a YouTube search in the YouTube app or your browser. Once you leave Weka Tool, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.
6.3 Support email
If you email lhnitismail@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the message so we can reply. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.
7. Sharing
Information is shared only in these cases:
- Google AdMob and its advertising partners, as described above
- Apple, for App Store distribution, system permissions, and backups you enable
- The host of this website, for these pages
- A destination you choose in the share sheet
8. Retention
On-device data remains until you delete the App. The “hide ads” choice ends when the App closes. Support emails are kept only as long as needed. Google keeps advertising logs under its own policies.
9. Children
The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App shows third-party ads, it is not a Kids Category app. If you believe a child sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
- Tracking: decline the prompt, or change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Ad consent: the consent form when shown, and “Ad privacy choices” on the About screen when available
- Rewarded video: optional and never required to use the App
- Reset your setup: About → “Update my setup”
- Delete local data: uninstall the App
- Support emails: ask us to delete messages you sent
Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK, and certain US states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information. Contact lhnitismail@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. International processing
Ad requests and support email may be processed in countries other than yours, including by Google and our email provider. NitiPlay LLC and the developer contact are based in Morocco.
12. Security
Settings stay on your device and are protected by your device’s own security. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change affects the App Store privacy details, we will update those as required.
