Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BGM GFX Tool (“the App”) handles information. The App is published by NitiPlay LLC (“we,” “us”). The developer contact is Ismail Lahniti, based in Morocco. This page is written for Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1 (Privacy) and matches the App’s privacy manifest: the App does not track you.

Privacy and support contact: lhnitismail@gmail.com. The App’s About screen also lists hitechsachin3@gmail.com. A message to either address reaches the publisher.

Short version: there is no account, no advertising, and no tracking. Your graphics profile, preview choices, and mini-game scores stay on your device. We do not receive them. While the App is open it makes a small connection check described below. That check is not used to follow you across other apps.

1. What the App is

BGM GFX Tool stores a graphics profile on the device, shows that profile in a practice range, and includes six short games. Version names in the App are labels for that saved profile. The App does not modify another app, read a game account, inject scripts, or draw controls over other apps.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher. Third-party names belong to their owners.

2. Summary

There is no account and no sign-in.
We do not operate a server that receives your settings or scores.
There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
We do not use an advertising identifier, our own analytics, or a crash-reporting service.
We do not sell personal information.
Deleting the App removes what it stored on that device.

3. Information we do not collect

No name, email address, phone number, or account, unless you email us
No precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Health, HomeKit, or motion data
No advertising identifier and no tracking across apps or websites
No payment information
No reading of other apps, and no overlay permission

For Apple’s App Privacy details in App Store Connect, select Data Not Collected. NitiPlay does not receive data from the App, and the connection check below is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.

4. Information stored on your device

The App saves the following in the device’s local storage. It is not sent to us:

The version label you select, and the graphics choices in your profile
Crosshair, frame meter, iPad view, foliage, map display, and sky choices
Whether the profile is activated, and the Game Mode or AI Optimization state
Mini-game scores
A flag that the App Store review card has already been offered

Uninstalling the App removes this storage. If you back up the device with Apple, that backup may include the App’s local data under Apple’s terms.

5. Information read on the device and not uploaded

While the App is open, it can show:

How smoothly BGM GFX Tool itself is drawing, when the frame meter is on
Memory in use on this device

These readings describe this device while the App is open. They are not taken from another app and are not uploaded to us.

If you use Share profile, the text is handed to the share sheet you choose. We do not receive a copy. If you use Rate this app, Apple may show its review card. We do not receive your rating.

6. Connection check

About every five seconds while the App is in the foreground, it opens a short connection to 1.1.1.1 on port 443 so it can show a delay in milliseconds. The request does not include your name, your profile, your scores, or an advertising identifier. Completing the connection uses the network address of the device, which Cloudflare receives as part of answering that connection under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not receive a copy of the check on a server of our own, and we do not use it to track you across apps.

7. The Community page

The Community section loads https://bgmgfxtool.com inside the App. That website may use its own cookies and server logs. We do not receive a copy of what you do on that site. Pages served by that website are covered by the site itself, not by the on-device profile described above.

8. Support email

If you email lhnitismail@gmail.com or hitechsachin3@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the message so we can reply. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

9. Sharing

We do not sell or rent information. It is shared only in these cases:

Apple, for App Store distribution, the optional review card, and device backups you turn on
Cloudflare, only for the connection check in section 6, and only while the App is open
The website opened in the Community section, for pages that site serves
The host of this support site, which serves these public pages and does not receive App data
Our email provider, when you write to support
A destination you pick in the system share sheet

10. Retention

On-device data remains until you delete the App. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you.

11. Children

The App is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Your choices and rights

Connection check: leave the App, or uninstall it
All local data: uninstall the App
Support emails: ask us to delete messages you sent

Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK, and certain US states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold. For this App, that information is limited to email you send us. Contact lhnitismail@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We do not sell personal information and we do not track you across apps or websites.

13. International processing

Support email may be processed in countries other than yours, including by our email provider. NitiPlay LLC and the developer contact are based in Morocco. The App itself does not transmit your profile or scores to us.

14. Security

Settings stay on your device and are protected by your device’s own security. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

15. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change affects the App Store privacy details, we will update those as required.
