1. Who we are and what the App is

FF4 Tool is a fan-made companion for practice and setup planning related to Free Fire / Free Fire Max. It helps with sensitivity, crosshair, HUD layout, aim training, daily reminders, and an optional AI Coach.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena or Free Fire. Free Fire names and marks belong to their owners.

We do not operate user accounts. There is no sign-in, no cloud profile hosted by us, and no in-app purchases in version 1.0.

2. Summary (plain language)

3. Information we do not collect

4. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following locally (for example via iOS UserDefaults / app storage), not on our servers:

This information stays on your device unless you use an optional network feature below, or unless you back up the device with Apple. Deleting the App removes this local data.

5. Information that may leave your device (optional features)

These features run only when you use them. You can keep using the rest of the App without them.

5.1 FF4 Coach (AI) — User Content

If you send a Coach message, the text you type and recent chat context are sent to Groq (api.groq.com) so a reply can be generated.

Do not include passwords, phone numbers, addresses, or other sensitive personal information in Coach chats. Coach may refuse disallowed content.

5.2 Play Conditions — Coarse Location

If you open Play Conditions, the App may request an approximate location based on your IP address from ipwho.is, then weather from Open-Meteo, to show play tips.

5.3 Daily sparks / extras

Optional public content APIs may be called to show lightweight daily content (for example jokes, quotes, facts, a break activity, or a dictionary lookup). These requests do not include your name, chat history, or sensi profiles. Providers may include JokeAPI, Official Joke API, ZenQuotes, Useless Facts, Bored API, and Free Dictionary API.

6. Photos

If you choose Save on a Practice Preview, an image is written to your device Photos library (with your permission). That image is not uploaded to our servers. You can deny or revoke Photos access in iOS Settings.

7. Notifications

Optional daily reminders use local notifications on your device. You can turn them off in Profile → Preferences or in iOS Settings. We do not send marketing push notifications from our own servers.

8. Tracking, advertising, and analytics

If you opt in to share diagnostics with Apple through iOS Settings, Apple may provide crash or performance data according to your Apple privacy settings.

9. How we use information

10. Sharing

We share information only with:

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share data with data brokers.

11. Retention

On-device data remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. Third-party providers (such as Groq) may retain request logs according to their own policies for the limited time needed to operate their service. We do not keep a separate cloud copy of your Coach chats. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

12. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for users who meet Free Fire’s age requirements in their region (generally 12+) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing or tracking. Parents or guardians who believe a minor shared personal information via Coach or email should contact us; we will help with deletion (Clear local data / uninstall, and deletion of support emails we hold).

13. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold about you from support correspondence. Contact lahnitimoussa17@gmail.com to exercise those rights. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

14. International processing

When you use Coach or other network features, data may be processed on servers outside your country (including by Groq and the providers named above). By using those optional features, you understand that such processing may occur.

15. Security

We take reasonable steps appropriate for a local-first app (including HTTPS for network calls). No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

16. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
