Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FF4 Pro Gear X (“the App”) handles information. The App is published by NitiPlay LLC (“we,” “us”). The developer contact is Ismail Lahniti, based in Morocco.
Privacy and support contact: lhnitismail@gmail.com.
This page is the public Privacy Policy URL for Apple App Store Connect (App Store Review Guideline 5.1 — Privacy). It matches the App’s actual data practices and the App Privacy labels you should declare in App Store Connect.
1. What the App is
FF4 Pro Gear X is a free utility toolkit. It can time a network connection, show battery and display information from the phone, calculate sensitivity values, plan a HUD, preview a crosshair and buttons, keep notes, and run practice tools. Those tools work inside this App. The App does not modify a game, read other apps, or draw a window over other apps.
2. Summary
- There is no account and no sign-in.
- Language, sensitivity values, HUD and preview choices, saved setups, practice settings, assistant notes, round tally, and first-run setup answers stay on your device.
- We do not sell personal information.
- The only network check we operate is a short TCP connection to 1.1.1.1 port 443, used to time the connection. It is not a game server.
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob. If you allow tracking, an advertising identifier may be used to measure and show ads. You can decline and the App still works.
- Deleting the App removes its local data from that device.
3. Information we do not collect
- No account, email sign-up, or social login
- No precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Health, or HomeKit data
- No overlay, usage-access, or accessibility permission, and no reading of other apps
- No payment-card details (the App is free; Apple would process any future App Store purchase)
- We do not sell personal information and we do not operate a user database
4. Information stored on your device
The App stores the following locally (for example with the platform preferences store). We do not upload this store to a server we operate:
- Language
- Sensitivity values and related calculator choices
- HUD layout choice, crosshair preview, and button preview
- Saved setup notes and the win/loss tally you enter yourself
- Practice-clock settings and assistant conversation state
- First-run setup answers (language, name, and questionnaire picks)
- The “keep screen on” switch
“Hide ads for this session,” after a completed rewarded ad, is kept in memory only until the App process ends. It is not written to a server.
Uninstalling the App removes this local storage on that device. If you back up the device with Apple, Apple’s backup may include the App’s local data under Apple’s terms.
5. Information that may leave your device
5.1 Connection timing
When you use the monitor, the App opens a TCP connection to 1.1.1.1 on port 443 and records how long the handshake takes. The socket is then closed. No account data, notes, or sensitivity values are sent in that connection.
The operator of 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) can see standard connection data such as IP address and time, under Cloudflare’s own policy. We use the result only to show a round-trip figure inside the App. That figure is not the latency of a game server.
5.2 Readings that stay on the phone
Battery level, charging state, connection type (such as Wi-Fi or mobile data), VPN indication, and this screen’s size and refresh rate are read from the device to display them in the App. We do not transmit those readings to a server we operate.
5.3 Share sheet
If you tap Share, the system share sheet sends only the text you choose (such as sensitivity values or a HUD plan) to the destination you pick. That destination’s own policy then applies.
5.4 Support email
If you email lhnitismail@gmail.com, we receive the address you write from and the message you send, so we can reply. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request.
5.5 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show a banner, interstitial ads, app-open ads, and an optional rewarded ad. Google and its advertising partners may process:
- Device ID, including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) if you allow App Tracking Transparency, and vendor or app-set identifiers
- Advertising Data and Product Interaction (ad views, taps, and whether a rewarded ad was completed)
- Coarse Location inferred from IP address, not from a location permission
- IP address, device and app information, and diagnostic data used to deliver ads and limit fraud
Purposes: Third-Party Advertising, Analytics, and App Functionality (ad delivery and fraud prevention). When you allow tracking, advertising partners may use the Device ID to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Ads start after first-run setup, when you open Tools. Setup does not show full-screen ads. On iOS we ask for tracking permission with App Tracking Transparency when ads start. The prompt explains that the identifier is used to show more relevant ads from Google, and that you can decline and the App still works. Where required, including the EEA and the UK, we show Google’s User Messaging Platform consent form. If Google requires a privacy-options entry point, the About screen shows “Ad privacy choices.” The same Privacy Policy is also readable inside About, without a network connection.
You can change tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Learn more: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
6. Tracking
- We do not run a separate analytics product that builds a profile of you.
- AdMob may use an advertising identifier for tracking when you allow it.
- If you decline tracking, the App continues to work and may still show non-personalized ads, subject to Google’s rules and your regional consent choices.
- We do not sell personal information.
If you share diagnostics with Apple, Apple may receive crash or performance data under your Apple settings. We do not operate a separate crash-reporting account for this App.
7. How information is used
- Show the tools, saved notes, and preferences on your device
- Time a connection so you can compare networks
- Show and measure ads through Google AdMob
- Reply to support emails you send
- Meet legal and App Store requirements
8. Sharing
Information is shared only in these cases:
- Google AdMob and its advertising partners, as described above
- Cloudflare, for the 1.1.1.1 connection timing check
- Apple, for App Store distribution, system permissions, and device backups you enable
- The host of this website, for these legal pages
- A destination you choose in the system share sheet
9. Retention
On-device data remains until you delete the App. The session ad preference ends when the App process ends. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you. Google and Cloudflare keep technical and advertising logs under their own policies.
10. Children
The App is a general-audience utility. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App includes third-party advertising, so it is not a Kids Category app. If you believe a child sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete the messages we hold.
11. Your choices
- Tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Ads consent: the consent form when it is shown, and “Ad privacy choices” on the About screen when Google requires it
- Rewarded ad: optional; it is not required to use the tools
- Delete local data: uninstall the App
- Support emails: email us and ask us to delete messages you sent
Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK, and certain US states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold from support correspondence. Contact lhnitismail@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12. International processing
Ad requests, the connection check, and support email may be processed in countries other than yours, including by Google, Cloudflare, and our email provider. NitiPlay LLC and the developer contact are based in Morocco.
13. Security
The App is built so preferences stay on the device, and the connection check uses a normal network socket. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change affects the App Store privacy labels, we will update those labels as required.
