Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a license agreement between you and NitiPlay LLC for FF4 Pro Gear X (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

The App is a free utility. It can time a network connection, show device readings, calculate sensitivity values, plan a control layout, preview a crosshair and buttons, save notes, and run practice tools. Those features work inside the App.

• The App is an independent product of NitiPlay LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any game developer or publisher.
• Names, characters, and trademarks of any game belong to their owners. The App’s name does not grant or imply any license from those owners.
• The App does not modify a game client, read another app’s memory, inject controls, automate matches, free RAM, change system performance, or provide a cheat or exploit.
• Sensitivity numbers are values for you to type into a game yourself. The connection figure is a timing of 1.1.1.1, not a game server. Practice scores measure only this App’s screen.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services terms. You may not copy, rent, sell, reverse engineer (except where the law does not allow that restriction), or redistribute the App or our original content.

3. Age

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. If you are not, a parent or guardian must agree for you. The App shows third-party ads and is not made for children under 13.

4. No account

The App does not require registration. Preferences and notes stay on your device. You are responsible for who can use that device.

5. Ads

After first-run setup, the App may show banner, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Setup does not show full-screen ads. A completed rewarded ad can hide banners and full-screen ads until you close the App. Ads are optional to interact with, and the tools do not require a purchase. Ad partners’ own terms also apply. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to break the law, a game’s rules, or someone else’s rights
• Present the App as an official product of a game publisher
• Interfere with ads, the connection check, or the security of the App
• Use the App to build a cheat, overlay, or automation tool
• Send unlawful, abusive, or misleading messages to support

7. Your content

Notes, sensitivity values, and tally marks you enter stay yours. They are stored on your device. If you share them with the system share sheet, you are responsible for the destination you choose.

8. Intellectual property

The App’s original code, design, and original text belong to NitiPlay LLC or its licensors. Third-party SDKs, including Google Mobile Ads, remain the property of their owners. Nothing in the App transfers a game publisher’s trademarks or assets.

9. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS THAT DISCLAIMER. We do not warrant that a sensitivity value, connection reading, or practice score will change how you play, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NITIPLAY LLC AND ITS DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $10. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and NitiPlay LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the App.

12. Changes and ending use

We may update these Terms or the App. The date at the top will change when the Terms change. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the revised Terms. You may stop at any time by deleting the App. We may stop offering the App.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
