Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ML Tools Hub (App Store listing title: ML Tools Hub: ML Skin Injector) (“the App”) handles information. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the independent developer of the App, Ismail Lahniti.
Privacy and support contact: lhnitismail@gmail.com.
This page is the public Privacy Policy URL for Apple App Store Connect (App Store Review Guideline 5.1 — Privacy). It is written to match the App’s actual data practices and should align with the App Privacy nutrition labels you declare in App Store Connect.
1. Who we are and what the App is
ML Tools Hub is an unofficial educational companion that helps players learn about hero statistics, skill descriptions, recommended item builds, equipment references, skill combos, and win-rate planning. It is designed for reference and learning.
The App does not require an account, does not modify any game client or installation, and does not provide cheats, hacks, or unfair advantages. Despite the subtitle “ML Skin Injector,” the App is a documentation / tools hub only.
2. Summary (plain language)
- Favorites, recent heroes, search history, win-rate history, onboarding status, and settings stay on your device.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not operate a user-account backend that stores your profile.
- The App may show ads from Google AdMob. Advertising partners may process device identifiers and ad-interaction data subject to your choices (ATT on iOS and UMP consent where required).
- When online, the App may request public educational game-reference data from third-party APIs over HTTPS.
- Notifications and Photos permissions are optional.
- Deleting the App removes local App data from that device.
3. Information we do not collect ourselves
- No account, email sign-up, or social login inside the App
- No payment-card details (the App is free in the current version; Apple would process any future App Store purchases)
- No precise GPS / Precise Location permission
- No contacts, HealthKit, HomeKit, microphone, or continuous background location
- We do not sell personal information to data brokers
- We do not scrape or upload your private messages or photos to our own servers
4. Information stored on your device
The App stores the following locally (for example via iOS UserDefaults /
SharedPreferences), not on a developer-operated user database:
- Onboarding completion flag
- Favorite hero identifiers
- Recently viewed hero identifiers
- Search history queries you submit
- Win-rate calculator history entries
- Selected home hero preference
- Settings such as haptic feedback preference
- First-session advertising gate flags used to improve first-run experience
This information stays on your device unless you share text via the system share sheet, or unless you back up the device with Apple (iCloud / computer backup). Uninstalling the App removes this local App storage on that device. Settings in the App also let you clear recent heroes, search history, and win-rate history.
5. Information that may leave your device
5.1 Educational content & images (when online)
To show up-to-date hero and equipment references, the App may request publicly available educational content and images over HTTPS from third-party providers (currently including the Rone Arena educational API and related content delivery networks). These requests are used for App Functionality.
Requests are for public catalog content. They do not include your name, email, favorites list, win-rate history, or onboarding answers. Providers may see standard technical data such as IP address, user-agent, and request timestamps according to their own policies.
Apple data types that may apply: Product Interaction / browsing of public content (not linked to an identity we control). Used for App Functionality. Used for tracking: No (for our own systems).
5.2 Optional Notifications
If you grant notification permission, the operating system may allow the App to display local or remote alerts you enable. You can revoke access in iOS Settings → ML Tools Hub → Notifications. We do not require notifications for core features.
5.3 Optional Photos / Media
If you grant Photos access, it is only for optional sharing or media features you initiate. Photos are not uploaded to a developer-operated server by the App. You can deny or revoke access in iOS Settings → ML Tools Hub.
5.4 System share sheet & external links
If you choose Share, Copy, or open an external link (for example social destinations), iOS / Android may send the content you select to the destination you pick. That sharing is controlled by you and the destination’s privacy policy.
5.5 Support email
If you email lhnitismail@gmail.com, we receive the address and message content you send so we can reply. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request, then delete or archive it as appropriate.
5.6 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show banner, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded ads. Google and its partners may process identifiers such as the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) when you allow tracking, the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
- Apple data types that may apply: Device ID, Advertising Data, Product Interaction, Usage Data
- Purposes: Third-Party Advertising, Analytics, App Functionality (fraud prevention / delivery)
- Linked to identity / used for tracking: may be “Yes” for advertising partners when you grant ATT and/or applicable consent
On iOS we request tracking permission via App Tracking Transparency when required. In the EEA/UK and other regions where required, we present a consent experience via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change tracking choices in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and review ad privacy options in the App’s Settings when available.
To reduce surprise ads for new users, the App may suppress advertising during the first install session. Debug builds use Google’s official test ad units; production builds use the App’s AdMob units.

6. Tracking, advertising, and analytics
- AdMob may use advertising identifiers subject to ATT and UMP consent
- We do not operate a separate analytics product that builds a cross-app identity for you
- We do not sell personal information
If you opt in to share diagnostics with Apple through iOS Settings, Apple may provide crash or performance data according to your Apple privacy settings.
7. How we use information
- Operate the App (remember favorites, history, and preferences on device)
- Load educational hero / equipment content you request
- Show ads and measure ad performance via Google AdMob
- Respond to support emails you send us
- Comply with law and App Store requirements
8. Sharing
Information is shared only with:
- Google AdMob and advertising partners (for ads, as described above)
- Educational content / CDN providers when you use online catalog features
- Apple for App Store distribution and operating-system permission frameworks
- Website hosting for these legal pages
- You, when you intentionally share via the system share sheet or open an external link
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share data with data brokers.
9. Retention
On-device data remains until you clear it in Settings (where available) or uninstall the App. Third-party providers may retain standard technical logs according to their policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience of players learning game systems. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing or tracking, and we do not require an account. Because the App includes third-party advertising, parents and guardians should review Apple’s Age Rating and Screen Time controls. If you believe a minor shared personal information by email, contact us and we will delete support emails we hold. You can also remove local App data by deleting the App.
11. Your choices and rights
- Settings: clear recent heroes, search history, win-rate history; toggle haptics
- Permissions: deny or revoke Notifications / Photos in iOS Settings
- Tracking: manage ATT in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Ads consent: use in-app privacy options when shown / required in your region
- Uninstall: removes the App and its local storage on that device
- Support emails: email us to request deletion of messages you sent
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold about you from support correspondence. Contact lhnitismail@gmail.com to exercise those rights. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
12. International processing
When you use online catalog features, view ads, or email support, data may be processed on servers outside your country (including by Google and other providers named above, and by our email provider). The developer is based in Morocco.
13. Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate for a primarily local-first app (including HTTPS for network calls). No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
14. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes that affect App Store privacy disclosures will be reflected in App Store Connect as required.
