Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ML Tools Hub (listing title: ML Tools Hub: ML Skin Injector) (“the App”), published by independent developer Ismail Lahniti. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is (and is not)

The App provides educational and informational references related to MOBA-style gameplay concepts such as hero attributes, skills, equipment, builds, combos, and win-rate estimates.

• The App is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any game developer or publisher.
• The App does not modify game clients, inject assets into live matches, bypass anti-cheat systems, or provide cheats / hacks / unfair advantages.
• The subtitle “ML Skin Injector” is branding only and does not describe skin-injection or game-modification functionality.
• All game names, characters, artwork, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and reference.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where prohibited restrictions are not allowed by law), redistribute, or misuse the App.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your country. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction to consent to these Terms, a parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf. Because the App may show ads, follow Apple’s age rating and parental controls.

4. No account

The App does not require registration. Preferences and history are stored on your device. You are responsible for device access and backups.

5. Ads and third-party services

The App may display advertisements via Google AdMob and may load educational content from third-party APIs / CDNs when online. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any law, game Terms of Service, or third-party rights
• Attempt to use the App as a cheat tool, injector, or exploit helper
• Interfere with ads, security, or network features
• Misrepresent the App as an official product of any game publisher
• Abuse support channels (spam, harassment, illegal content)

7. Content accuracy

Hero stats, builds, and related information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Online sources and offline fallbacks can differ. The App is provided for educational reference only and is not professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

The App’s original code, design, and original text are owned by Ismail Lahniti, except for third-party libraries, SDKs, and rights belonging to their owners (including game publishers’ IP). Nothing in the App transfers ownership of third-party trademarks or assets.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that content will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISMAIL LAHNITI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) USD $10.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Ismail Lahniti from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or game rules.

12. App Store

You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or stop providing the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
