Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and NitiPlay LLC (“NitiPlay,” “we,” “us”) for Origami Guide / Origami Guide: Learn & Fold (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This page may be used as the custom Terms of Use (EULA) URL in App Store Connect. Licensed applications obtained through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If there is a conflict that Apple requires us to resolve in Apple’s favor for App Store distribution, the Apple Standard EULA controls for that point.

1. The license

NitiPlay grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store or Google Play rules. We and our licensors keep all intellectual property in the App, names, artwork, fold guides, and code. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law or the store license.

2. Apple as third-party beneficiary

For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, you and NitiPlay acknowledge that:

Apple is not a party to these Terms
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
Claims relating to the App are between you and NitiPlay, not Apple, to the extent permitted by law
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the App (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation as to the App
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App (for example network provider terms)

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. The App is not directed at children under 13 for the purpose of collecting personal information.

4. What the App is

Origami Guide provides educational origami and paper-folding tutorials, diagrams, progress tools, and optional discovery of public educational content. Fold guides are instructional and may not match every traditional school of origami. Always fold carefully and use age- appropriate paper and scissors where needed.

Third-party names, artworks, or trademarks that appear in educational discovery content belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean affiliation or endorsement.

5. No accounts / version 1.0 purchases

Version 1.0 does not require an account and does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. The App is supported by advertising (Google AdMob). If paid features are added later, prices will be shown before you buy, charges will be processed by Apple or Google, and store refund rules will apply. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

5A. Advertising

The App may show banner, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to our Privacy Policy and Google’s policies. You are not paid to click ads. Rewarded bonuses (such as a temporary ad-free window) are granted only after you finish the rewarded experience. Interfering with ads or using the App to generate invalid traffic is not allowed.

6. Your content and gallery

Photos you capture or import stay on your device unless you share them. You are responsible for content you create or share and for having the rights to any images you import. Do not use the App to store or share unlawful content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation
Reverse engineer or redistribute App assets except as allowed by law
Misrepresent that you are NitiPlay or Apple
Use the App for anything unlawful

8. Third-party services

Optional Explore features may open or fetch content from third-party sites and APIs (for example Wikipedia or museum collections). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content availability or accuracy.

9. Support and changes

Support is available at lhnitismail@gmail.com and on our Support page. We may update, suspend, or stop offering the App. We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change these Terms; the date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms, except where the law requires extra consent.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NITIPLAY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; IN THOSE PLACES THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NITIPLAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROGRESS, PHOTOS, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE). CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED REMAIN IN PLACE.

12. Safety

Paper folding may involve creases and, for some crafts, cutting. Supervise children as appropriate. Take breaks if you feel eye strain. The App is not a medical device and does not provide professional craft-safety certification.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they cannot be excluded.
