Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NitiPlay LLC (“NitiPlay,” “we,” “us”) handles information for RBX Earny - Fast Quiz (the “App”). It is written to meet Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1 (Privacy) and similar store rules.

This is the public Privacy Policy URL for App Store Connect. A copy is also available in the App under Profile → Customer support.

RBX Earny is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Roblox Corporation.

1. Who we are

NitiPlay LLC publishes RBX Earny - Fast Quiz. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@nitiplay.com.

2. What this app stores on your device

You can start using the App without creating an account. Progress is saved in on-device storage (the iOS / Android app sandbox). We do not operate a NitiPlay cloud login, and we do not receive a live copy of your gameplay.

May be stored only on your device:

Optional display name and optional email you enter
Optional linked Roblox username used only to request a digital reward
Coins, XP, daily bonuses, quiz and mini-game progress, achievements, referral code, and reward-request history
Your choice to accept these terms in the App

We never ask for your Roblox password, email password, or any other game-account credentials. Do not send those to us.

3. Information you send to us

If you email support, we receive the address you send from and the content of your message. We use that only to answer you and to handle privacy or reward-request questions. You can ask us to delete those emails at privacy@nitiplay.com.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads through Google AdMob. Ads help keep core features free. We do not pay coins for tapping an ad. Rewarded coins are added only after you finish a rewarded video.

To serve, measure, and (where allowed) personalize ads, Google may collect:

Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
IP address, device type, OS version, and general location derived from IP
Ad impressions, clicks, and whether a rewarded ad was completed
Consent and privacy-choice signals

Google acts as an independent controller or processor of that advertising data under Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob’s guidance.

In the EEA, UK, and other regions that require it, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for your consent before personalized ads. You can change those choices later in the consent / privacy-options form where the platform shows it.

On iOS, if we request permission to use the advertising identifier for personalized ads, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt will appear. You can refuse. The App still works. Apple’s SKAdNetwork may be used for privacy-preserving ad measurement without identifying you to us.

You can also limit ad tracking in system settings (for example, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS, or Google Settings → Ads on Android).

5. What we do not collect

Precise GPS location
Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone content
Health, financial, or government ID data
Your Roblox password or payment-card number

We do not sell personal information. We do not pay you to click ads. Coins and points are virtual, have no cash value, and are not Robux.

6. How information is used

On-device data: remember progress, run mini-games, and process reward requests you start in the App
Support email: answer you
AdMob data (handled by Google): show and measure ads, and personalize ads only where you allow it

7. Sharing

We share information only if:

You send it to us (for example by email)
Required by law, legal process, or to protect users and NitiPlay
Needed by advertising partners described above (Google AdMob / Google)

Apple, Google, and other store operators collect information when you download or rate the App, under their own policies.

8. Retention and deletion

Local app data stays on your device until you delete the App or clear its data in system settings. Uninstalling RBX Earny removes that local data. We cannot restore it because we do not keep a server copy.

Advertising data retained by Google follows Google’s retention rules. Support emails we hold can be deleted on request.

9. Children

RBX Earny - Fast Quiz is a general-audience app. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not show the App in Apple’s Kids Category. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email privacy@nitiplay.com and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and some U.S. states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, or to object to certain processing.

Most profile and progress data lives only on your device — delete the App to remove it

For advertising identifiers and ad consent, use the in-app / system / UMP controls described above

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

11. Security

We use the platform sandbox and standard device protections. No method of storage is 100% secure. Keep your device locked and up to date.

12. International users

The App may be offered worldwide through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Gameplay data stays on your device. Emails you send us are processed where we read support mail. Google may process advertising data in the United States and other countries as described in Google’s policy.

13. App Store privacy labels

Apple requires a Privacy Nutrition Label. For this App that label is intended to reflect: data used for Third-Party Advertising (such as Device ID and Advertising Data collected by Google AdMob), and that NitiPlay does not collect your gameplay on our own servers. If a future update changes collection, we will update this policy and the App Store label before that change ships.

14. Changes

We may update this policy when the App or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes that add data collection will be posted here first.
