Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and NitiPlay LLC for RBX Earny - Fast Quiz (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licensed applications obtained through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If there is a conflict that Apple requires us to resolve in Apple’s favor for App Store distribution, the Apple Standard EULA controls for that point.

1. The license

NitiPlay grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store or Google Play rules. We and our licensors keep all intellectual property in the App, names, and code. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law or the store license.

2. Apple as third-party beneficiary

For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, you and NitiPlay acknowledge that:

Apple is not a party to these Terms
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
Claims relating to the App are between you and NitiPlay, not Apple, to the extent permitted by law
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the App (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. The App is not directed at children under 13.

4. What the app is — and is not

RBX Earny is a rewards-style app where you play mini-games and complete eligible activities to collect virtual coins and request supported digital rewards.

RBX Earny is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and “Robux” are registered trademarks of Roblox Corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No purchase is required to access the core features of the App.

5. Coins, VIP, and virtual items

Coins, points, VIP, and other in-app items:

Are virtual and for use only inside the App
Have no real-world cash value
Are not Robux and are not a currency
May be changed, balanced, or removed in updates
Are lost if you delete the App or its data

VIP, if offered, is unlocked with virtual coins in the current version. If paid in-app purchases are added later, prices will be shown before you buy, charges are processed by Apple or Google, and store refund rules apply. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

6. Digital rewards

You may request supported digital rewards when you meet the in-app requirements (including a local account and a linked username). Reward requests are not guaranteed. Availability, requirements, processing times, and regional eligibility may vary. We may decline or reverse a request if we detect abuse, ineligible activity, or a username that does not appear to belong to you.

We will never ask for your Roblox password or other sensitive credentials. Some activities may be provided by third-party partners.

7. Advertising

The App may show banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads. You are not paid to click ads. Rewarded bonuses are granted only after you finish the rewarded experience. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Your conduct

You agree not to:

Cheat, automate, farm, or otherwise abuse earning or redeem flows
Use someone else’s Roblox username to request a reward
Interfere with ads, other users, or our systems
Use the App for anything unlawful
Misrepresent that you are NitiPlay, Apple, or Roblox

Fraudulent activity, automated participation, or abuse may result in account restrictions, forfeiture of coins, or denied reward requests.

9. Support and changes

We may update, suspend, or stop offering the App. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Support is available at privacy@nitiplay.com. We may change these Terms; the date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms, except where the law requires extra consent.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NITIPLAY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; IN THOSE PLACES THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NITIPLAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST COINS, PROGRESS, REWARDS, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE). CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED REMAIN IN PLACE.

12. Health and safety

Take breaks. Stop playing if you feel eye strain, dizziness, or discomfort. The App is not a medical device.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they cannot be excluded.
