Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Tarot Reader: Daily Tarot Read (“the App”), published by NitiPlay LLC (“NitiPlay,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or the custom EULA you accept in App Store Connect) also applies. These Terms add product-specific rules and disclaimers for Tarot Reader.

1. The App

The App provides entertainment features including tarot spreads, card meanings, zodiac content, horoscopes, lunar information, compatibility scores, and related mystical / lifestyle content. Version 1.0 is free and does not require an account.

2. Entertainment disclaimer (important)

All readings, horoscopes, lunar insights, meditation copy, and compatibility results are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, immigration, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the App for decisions that require a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified hotline — the App cannot help in emergencies.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App Store / Google Play under the rules of your country. The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission as required by local law.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, NitiPlay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, as allowed by the App Store or Google Play terms.

5. Your responsibilities

Use the App lawfully and respectfully
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the App or its APIs beyond normal use
Do not misrepresent that you are NitiPlay or Apple
Understand that live content depends on third-party services and network availability

6. Third-party services and content

The App may fetch publicly available content from third-party APIs (for example tarot meanings, horoscope text, and astronomical data). Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party uptime, accuracy, or availability. Cosmic / mystical content may also include curated offline text created or selected for the App.

7. Intellectual property

The App’s design, branding, curated text, and original artwork are owned by NitiPlay or its licensors. Third-party card meanings and public-domain or API-sourced material remain subject to their respective licenses and attributions shown in the App where applicable. Rider-Waite-Smith meanings sourced via community APIs are provided for educational / entertainment presentation inside the App.

8. No warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NITIPLAY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF PREDICTIONS OR ASTRONOMICAL CONTENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; THERE THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NITIPLAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, OR DECISIONS YOU MAKE AFTER USING THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE). MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED REMAIN IN PLACE.

10. Support and changes

Support: https://nitiplay.vercel.app/tarot-reader/ and lhnitismail@gmail.com. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms. The date above will be updated when Terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms, except where the law requires extra consent.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. It is part of your relationship with us regarding the App.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they cannot be excluded.
