This page is the official support site for RBX Wear – Style & Skins (iOS). We answer questions about the app, subscriptions, restore purchases, and privacy.

Restore purchases

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, open RBX Wear → Settings → Restore purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If restore fails, email us from the Apple ID associated with the purchase.

Manage or cancel a subscription

We cannot cancel Apple subscriptions for you. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RBX Wear
• Or: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

What this app is (and is not)

• RBX Wear is an unofficial fan app for browsing publicly available Roblox catalog looks for styling inspiration.
• It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
• It does not log into Roblox, generate Robux, sell Robux, or unlock in-game items.
• The in-app calculator is a virtual estimator for catalog list prices. It does not process real money or Robux transfers.

Common questions

Why do I see a paywall? Premium unlocks extra catalog categories, saved looks, and studio tools. You can restore if you already subscribed.

Do I need a Roblox account? No. The app does not offer login.

Do you sell my data? No. See the Privacy Policy.

Age? The app is intended for users 12 and older. Do not use it if you are under 13.
