Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of RBX Wear – Style & Skins (the “App”), published by Ismail Lahniti (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where required by Apple, these Terms are supplemented by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict about App Store distribution, Apple’s standard EULA and App Store rules control for that topic.

1. Unofficial fan app — no Roblox affiliation

The App is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Roblox Corporation or any Roblox-related trademark owner. Roblox, Robux, and related names are trademarks of their owners. We do not claim any official relationship.

The App does not generate Robux, sell Robux, provide Roblox logins, modify Roblox, or unlock items inside Roblox. Catalog looks are shown for styling inspiration only. Any in-app “calculator” is a virtual estimator of publicly listed catalog prices. It does not transfer real money or Robux.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and at least 12 as required by our App Store age rating. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission. You must comply with Apple’s App Store terms and applicable law.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

4. Subscriptions (Apple Guideline 3.1.2)

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features:

Weekly — product ID rbxwear_w — 1 week
Yearly — product ID rbxwear_y — 1 year

Subscription titles and the current price are shown in the App and on the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices vary by country and currency and are charged in the currency of your App Store account.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal cost is the then-current subscription price shown in the App Store.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

We do not control Apple billing. Cancel here: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Request refunds from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore purchases in the App (Settings → Restore purchases) using the same Apple ID.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App to claim it is an official Roblox product or to sell Robux or “generators”
Attempt to hack, overload, or misuse catalog requests
Use the App in a way that violates Apple, Roblox, or other third-party terms
Copy catalog assets from the App for commercial resale as if they were yours

6. Intellectual property

The App’s code, design, and original text belong to us. Third-party trademarks and catalog images remain the property of their owners and are shown only as publicly available reference material. We do not grant you rights in Roblox intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Catalog items, images, and estimated prices may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (often zero besides Apple-billed subscriptions, which are contracted with Apple).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

9. Third-party services

The App depends on Apple, RevenueCat, GitHub Pages (this website), and public Roblox catalog/thumbnail endpoints. Their terms and availability are outside our control. Outages or API changes may limit features.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may stop offering the App or restrict access if you violate these Terms or if required by Apple or law. Paid subscription periods remain subject to Apple’s billing rules until you cancel with Apple.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material subscription changes will be presented as required by Apple.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they cannot be excluded. Courts in Morocco have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
