Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RBX Wear – Style & Skins (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. The App is published by Ismail Lahniti. Contact: lahnitimoussa17@gmail.com.

RBX Wear is an unofficial fan application for browsing publicly available Roblox catalog looks. It is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. We do not create Roblox accounts for you and we do not ask you to log in to Roblox through the App.

1. Information we do not collect

• We do not require an account, email sign-up, or Roblox login.
• We do not collect your name, mailing address, or payment card details. Apple processes payments for in-app purchases.
• We do not show third-party advertising in the App and we do not use advertising identifiers for ads.
• We do not sell personal information.

2. Information stored on your device

The App stores preferences locally on your device (for example using iOS storage APIs), which may include:

• Onboarding answers you choose (style goals, preferences, display name you type)
• Saved looks / favorites
• Theme and language settings
• Flags that you completed onboarding or unlocked premium features on this device

This information stays on your device unless you back up the device with Apple. Deleting the App removes this local data, except Apple subscription records which remain with Apple.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

If you subscribe, purchase processing is handled by Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase). We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status so the App can unlock premium features. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase receipts, a purchase token, product identifiers (rbxwear_w weekly, rbxwear_y yearly), and an anonymous App User ID. We do not receive your full Apple ID password or credit card number.

4. Catalog content from the internet

The App requests publicly available Roblox catalog and thumbnail data over the internet so you can browse looks. Requests may include item identifiers needed to load images and list prices. We do not use this to log into your Roblox account. Roblox’s own policies apply to Roblox services: Roblox Privacy Policy.

5. Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the App may schedule local reminders on your device (for example studio reminders you opted into). We do not send marketing push campaigns from our own servers.

6. Diagnostics

If you opt in to share diagnostics with Apple (through iOS Settings), Apple may provide crash or performance data according to your Apple privacy settings. We do not run a separate analytics SDK for advertising.

7. How we use information

• Operate the App (load catalog looks, remember your settings, unlock paid features)
• Respond to support emails you send us
• Comply with law and App Store rules

8. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Apple — payments, subscriptions, and App Store services
• RevenueCat — subscription status
• Roblox public APIs — catalog/thumbnail requests as described above
• Service providers who host this privacy page (GitHub Pages)

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share data with data brokers.

9. Retention

Local App data remains until you delete the App or clear it. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

10. Children

The App is intended for users 12 years and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information to us, email lahnitimoussa17@gmail.com and we will delete it.

11. Your choices

• Decline optional notifications in iOS Settings
• Delete the App to remove local data
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings
• Email us to request deletion of information you sent in support messages

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you from support correspondence. Contact us to exercise those rights.

12. International processing

Apple, RevenueCat, GitHub, and Roblox may process data on servers outside your country. By using the App you understand this transfer is required to provide the service.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” at the top will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
